Terms & Conditions

Payment

Deposit is due within 14 days of confirmed reservation - amount is equal to 50% of the total trip value, per person.

• If deposit is not received within 14 days your dates may be offered to another party.

• Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation, notification must be received 120 days prior to scheduled arrival - full refund less a $100 processing fee will be awarded.

• Cancellations made after 120 days are non-refundable.

• Refunds are not available for change of dates.

• Groups that arrive with less than total number reserved will be charged the total quoted on initial reservation.

Policies

• Not included are staff gratuities, guide gratuities, fishing licenses and airport transportation

• No pet and no smoking policy
